The Wind Records is an independent record label based out of Lansing, MI. The label is named in memory Detroit soul legend, Nolan Strong, who recorded an eerie doo-wop in 1954 entitled “The Wind.”
The first release by the label is the smokin’ “Sweet Thang” 7-inch single by Memphis rocker Jack Oblivian.
